I just wanted to share a heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every family who has come out to try a Wild & Wonder Club class ❤️ I’m so grateful to my friends who have supported me, and to all of the families who were willing to try something new! And I’m very grateful for the returning families, I’m absolutely loving the group of kids and parents we have 🥹

This class is much more than learning; it’s an opportunity for kids to bond and make friends, to enjoy being outside in nature, and to have new experiences! And it’s an opportunity for parents to make friends as well!

Running a homeschool nature class has always been a dream of mine and I’m so lucky to have finally gotten the opportunity to do it!

I can’t wait for September, I have so many class ideas I can’t wait to share! We’ll be taking August off but stay tuned for September ✨🌿

That was the last class until September; we will be taking a hiatus for the month of August but stay tuned for the next class, I have a lot planned for September ☺️

Due to the heat we’ll be staying in the covered/shaded areas and won’t be walking the property for this class.

One of the activities we’ll be doing at the Weather Watchers class!

We always test out each activity at home before presenting it to the classes, and yesterday’s crazy storm was the perfect opportunity to try this out!

The class on Wednesday the 8th is full, but there are still a few spots left for the Friday class on the 10th!

Do you want to learn more about clouds and weather observation? Weather observation is an incredibly useful skill to have that collects us to nature, our immediate environment, and larger systems. Cloud identification can help predict the weather, helps kids practice systems thinking, observational skills, and allows them to slow down and connect with our planet 🌍 ☁️

We will be making cloud spotters in the upcoming Weather Watchers class!

This class wil also have two dates. Please note the time change for this class (due to heat index in late July.) Both classes will begin a half hour earlier at 9:30 am.
