Day 30 of the Meerschsaum coloring on this Reverse Calabash Figural Meerschaum. Absolutely fantastic pipe and i'm loving how much it colored. I would estimate its about 150 ish smokes. Somewhere between a minimum of 140 and a max of 160.

I'm out at the Rocky Mountain Carvers Roundup whittling up a storm so my knife today is a perfect profile for a whittler!

Life's been busy and trying to keep up.

Day 27 of 30 for Meerschaum coloring. Still the sole pipe i'm using, between 4 and 6 smokes day.

That pipe is an Reverse Calabash Figural Meerschaum.

Heading out of town tomorrow for a woodcarving seminar in Utah, plane flights and meeting a lot of friends that i've never seem in person. Should be a blast. I'll get you photos of the pipe though as I go.

Day 24 of 30, of coloring this Meerschaum. The sole pipe i've smoked for the past 24 days. Its been fun, but i like changing up my pipes and I miss it.

Though I will reiterate, i've never spent so much time smoking a Reverse Calabash. Anyone that says it doesn't cool smokes or reduce moisture over a traditional pipe, simply does not know of what they speak. A man with experience is never at the mercy of a man with a theory. I know better.
