Mind over matter and grace over guilt. Everyone has to start somewhere so why not start saying “I can” instead of “I cannot”?

In a world where everyone is so focused on what we look like, where our “beauty” is defined by what we see on media and compare our selves to, why not start looking at ourselves closer and seeing all of the amazing things our bodies are actually capable of.

I’d love to hear your stories of something you did that made you feel really good about yourself.

For me it’s anytime I get out there and conquer a hike, big or small. I’m just damn proud of myself for getting out there and trying.

I don’t know about you but we certainly don’t have time to deal with ticks or fleas. Specially since we love to adventure so much.
