I will be listing 5-8 larger format publications separately that are posted as photo albums as well as several more other vintage-antique publications This one is special because of the 2 gorgeous frame-able color platesIt is hard to carve out time to get these up and Meta is a pain to use and is getting worse as time goes on, All items will be in albums. This one is $50 and will be shipped in USPS large flat rate box which is mailed from my local Post Office at $31.40~General need to know about AKA Debby Zamorski All items sold are permanently and there are no returns. Frankly, I just can't afford it and nearly all (especially old publications) are priced way less than what I paid for them. Shipping will be USPS Priority flat rate and in most shipments I will try and put something extra in the package to mitigate that cost. I don't use click & ship so it is retail price. For out of town mailed purchases I will send an invoice from Paypal to your e-mail and will hold the item(s) for 3 calendar days for payment and if paid in the first 24 hours of receiving the invoice you will be given 10% off your next (1 listing) purchase. I usually have ample pictures and will be happy to try and get some more if you need them.It is hard to carve out time to put listings together as I am a forever mom to forever high maintenance adult forever child and have chores and caregiving to include a grandson quite often as well. 1925 Dress Decoration and Ornament. Published by the Woman’s Institute of Domestic Arts and Sciences Inc Scranton PA. These were instructional manuals and this one is a larger format softcover (approx. 8.5”- 11.5”. There are 47 nice clean pages with page 47 being exam questions. It is one of several titles in this series and I know that I will have another to list with this as I find chinks of time and after I am back online again. Pic 1 is a page from latter of the soft cover book and Pic 2 is the cover. Pics 3&4 are the table of contents. Pics 5-10 are illustrations of different sections of the book. Cover has minor edge soil. Very good copy of a wonderful creative reference! This great old dressmaking publication will be in a lot of 2 on Etsy as soon as I have a laptop with the ability to get online (I am on my Hubby's desk top) and can only touch base with things.

Other than a school stamp and name on the front cover of this rare and SO fun issue of Hats this mag is in good complete condition. This as most issues of the period features an actual hat pattern (Hat of the Month) This one is an design shown in the 8th and 9th pictures called “Spring Double header”. Other than the tri-tone covers (2nd picture) and a fold out color ad for avant-garde accessories shown in the 1st and last picture this magazine is in B&W. Pages and cover are small format 8.5”X11”There are 40 pages (including covers) with super period designer hats to include , Emme, Don Marshall, Cesar Rubio (loved his model!) Yves Saint Laurent, Therese Ahrens, Inc, etc. There are lots of awesome ads and articles with my favorite piece (why I hung on to this issue and got rid of my others)is on the inside cover entitled an open letter to all our friends by Manny of Manny’s Millinery touting his acceptance and enthusiasm for the teenagers and Hippies who were making their own mark on fashion and accessories.
