🔥 GLUTE ACTIVATION THAT ACTUALLY HITS Want to wake up your glutes before your workout? 🍑🔥 Try these 3 movements: 1️⃣ Circle Motion Hip Extension Combines hip extension + abduction + rotation to challenge your glutes from multiple angles. 🍑 2️⃣ Long Band Kickbacks The band creates constant tension while a slight abduction + external rotation helps you drive the heel back and up. 🔥 3️⃣ Hip-Externally Rotated Kickback Add external rotation to your hip extension to really target that upper glute “shelf.” 🍑✨ Keep your ribs stacked over your pelvis and avoid arching your lower back for better glute engagement. 💡 Don’t just move your leg—make your glutes do the work. Mommy Fit Mode 🎧🍑 There’s just something about training to music that brings emotion, energy, and that extra push 🔥 I LOVE songs that make you feel something while you train — especially on a glute day! 🍑💪🏼 The right song can completely change the energy of your workout and make you want to push just a little harder. This one was definitely on repeat today. ❤️‍🔥 Thank you for creating music that fuels the vibe and makes training even more fun! 🎶🔥 Good music + hard work = glute day done right. 🍑✨

POV: You finally get your workout in… and your kids decide it’s the perfect time to interrupt you every 30 seconds 😂😭 Trying to stay focused while being a mom is a full-time sport 💀 “I’m losing my mind, and it’s all because of you” 😂 Mom life = interrupted reps, zero focus, and somehow still getting the workout done 💪🏼❤️

Your upper ABS need to CALM the heck down. 😮‍💨🔥 If your upper abs are constantly gripping, bracing, or doing ALL the work… we need to talk. Upper ab gripping is when you habitually hold excessive tension or over-recruit your upper abs. It can show up as: → A firm, constantly “held-in” upper belly → A softer or more pronounced lower-belly pooch → A crease across your upper abdomen → Difficulty expanding your ribs when you breathe These are clues worth exploring. 👀 Because we don’t want stronger abs that are simply better at gripping. We want BALANCED abdominals. Here’s what I’m working on: ✨ Cupping + skin rolling + gentle tissue work To encourage tissue mobility and create more room for expansion. ✨ Rib cage mobility + 360° breathing Breathing into the sides AND back of my ribs, giving my rib cage space to MOVE instead of keeping everything constantly cinched down. ✨ More balanced abdominal engagement Teaching my lower and lateral abs to contribute without allowing my upper abs to dominate every rep. And yes — internal oblique strength matters. 🔥 The goal isn’t to NEVER use your upper abs. It’s to teach your entire abdominal wall to work together as a TEAM. Think of your core like a beautiful SYMPHONY. 🎶 Every muscle has a role. The goal is coordination — not one section trying to do everything. Ladies, we want a core that can EXPAND, CONTRACT, ROTATE, STABILIZE, and HANDLE LOAD. Not a core that only knows how to GRIP. Music

🍑 THE ART OF THE HIP THRUST Hip thrusts aren’t just about lifting heavy… they’re about control, positioning, and connection. 🔥 ✨ Drive through your heels ✨ Keep your ribs stacked over your pelvis ✨ Control the way down ✨ Finish with a strong glute squeeze—without overextending your lower back ✨ Focus on feeling your glutes, not just moving the weight The goal isn’t simply to get the weight up. It’s to make your glutes earn every rep. 🍑🔥 Master the movement. Control the rep. Own the squeeze. Your glutes will thank you later. 😉🍑

This exercise is MONEY. 💰🔥 …and it also COST me money because suddenly all my bras and dresses were WAY too loose. 😂 So… fair warning! 👀 Yes, bringing a WIDE infrasternal angle closer toward a more optimal ~90° position can change how your body looks. But honestly? The BIGGEST win was what it did for my CORE FUNCTION. 🔥 A rib cage that MOVES well, a thoracic spine that can ROTATE, and ribs that can stack more efficiently over the pelvis give your abs a MUCH better foundation to work from. And this exercise hits SO much: 🔥 Serratus → helps control and position the rib cage 🔥 Internal + external obliques → rotation, compression & trunk stability 🔥 Deep core → helps manage intra-abdominal pressure 🔥 Re**us abdominis → trunk flexion + tension through the abdominal wall 🔥 Pelvic floor → works as part of the entire pressure system …and MORE. Because your core isn’t just a bunch of “ab muscles.” YOUR CORE IS A PRESSURE SYSTEM. 🫁🔥 Think of it like a canister: ⬆️ Diaphragm = the top 🫃 Abdominal wall = the sides ⬇️ Pelvic floor = the bottom For your core to function at its best, these structures need to coordinate, move, and manage pressure TOGETHER. So if you’re constantly trying to “flatten your stomach” with more crunches… you may be missing a HUGE piece of the puzzle. Antonio

✈️ A DISTENDED BELLY WHILE TRAVELING? SUCKS. Not only is it uncomfortable—it can seriously mess with your confidence when you packed outfits you actually want to FEEL good in. 😩 Ladies, I GOT YOU. 🤍 Before and after your next flight, try these airport-friendly movements to help ease that tight, stiff, bloated feeling through your belly, rib cage, pelvis + lower back. And yes… they’re totally shy-girl friendly. 🙈✨ When you’re sitting confined, slouched, and barely moving for 5+ hours, your rib cage + pelvis can start moving like ONE BIG BLOCK. That can affect your breathing mechanics and leave your back + hips feeling stiff, while making it harder for your core system to manage pressure—sometimes contributing to more pressure through the abdominal wall or pelvic floor. Your rib cage and pelvis are designed to move together—not move as one rigid unit. 🫁🦴 Restoring that movement before and after your flight can help your CORE SYSTEM manage pressure more efficiently and help you feel less restricted. 🔥 5 MOVES TO TRY: 1️⃣ Rib Cage Mobility 2️⃣ Figure 4 Core Breathing 3️⃣ Standing Half Happy Baby + Rocking 4️⃣ Iliacus Pullbacks + Core Breathing 5️⃣ Iliacus Hip Shifts 💾 SAVE this for your next flight! Your body will thank you after hours of sitting. ✈️ 🤍

✨ ONE OF THE BEST THINGS ABOUT TRAINING UPPER THORACIC MOBILITY? It doesn’t just make you move better… It makes you LOOK stronger while you do it. 🔥 Think: open chest, strong upper back, confident posture—aka that undeniable MUSCLE MOMMY ENERGY. 💪🏼😮‍💨 Less stiffness → smoother lifts More mobility → better movement Stronger thoracic muscles → a back that looks as powerful as it feels 🔥 And here’s the thing… Strong posture isn’t just about aesthetics. It helps you access better movement, improve your lifting mechanics, and build confidence in how you carry yourself. ✨ Train your mobility. Build your strength. Own your posture. 👑
