📝 life 08 📝: in a world that’s ever changing, the only things that’s true is yourself. you can’t let the outside noise whether that’s your parents, people’s opinions, societal expectations, whatever, taint your life lens. at the end of the day, everything outside of you is fleeting. what are the things you believe in? what are the things someone else told you to believe in? it’s crazy how much we carry that was never ours to begin with. generations upon generations of unhealthy patterns that no one ever even questioned. but just because everyone is thinking it, doesn’t mean it’s right. set yourself free. i choose me. ⛓️‍💥

📝 life 07 📝: the lack of faith in the universe is what causes the most pain. we can’t even look at situations and life events that happen without trying to put meaning behind it. that meaning gives us a false sense of control. but what we don’t realize is we are really just afraid of the unknown. with that fear of the unknown, our mind interprets life situations based on similar past events that have happened to us just to give us a sense of familiarity. and we wonder why we are stuck in cycles.. it’s because you only are seeing life from your limited perspectives so you continue to manifest the same situations. your perspective is your lens in which you look at life. if you only see it based on the past, you’ll continue to see life in a cyclical way. once we accept that we don’t need to know the higher meaning behind everything we see around us, we are free to put any meaning on life events and manifest them as good or bad or bad for us. try it… you’ll be shocked.

📝 life 06 📝: i took this last year to really find myself. we get so caught up in this life and feel like if we don’t stress over everything we want, we’ll never get it. as i gave myself this time to sit in stillness, i realized that not only did the world around me continue, my life continued to move forward as well. it’s like the less i gripped, the more the universe did its thing. i see now that my life is just like a seed being planted... regardless of what happens on the surface, i’m still going to become that tree one day… i’m going to get to where i want to be. God has a plan for me and it won’t miss me.

📝 life 05 📝: i used to live so deep in my mind that i thought it was keeping me out of harms way. turns out, it was really just protecting a fragile version of me that it’s known for so long. all of the suffering, pain, insecurities were so familiar. my mind was comfortable with the fear of those pains and i believed that’s just how life was. i realize now that all of those things my mind feared were never going to hurt me… they were actually the very things that kept me stuck where i was. i found peace when i realized it was never my mind keeping me safe… it was GOD this whole time. i’ve always been free.

Another calm saturday in Boston. The city was active to say the least. .markets was hosting their fall thrift festival back so I had to check it out. .ai ’s new AI powered web browser Comet helped me secure a ticket. After, I pulled up to for a juice, it helped me order my drink to end the day.

had to pull up on the homies on Newbury Street once I heard they were dropping their Gazelles. this pair is super clean and i love that it’s exclusive to New England. there are only 800 pairs made and they are only available at sneaker junkies online or in-store. y’all have to cop! ⚓️
