افغانستان؛ قربانی قوم و دین
از گذشته تا امروز، فعالیت‌های اجتماعی و سیاسی در افغانستان عمدتاً از دو مسیر شکل گرفته است: یکی مسیر قومیت و زبان، و دیگری مسیر دین و مذهب. رهبرانی که خود را «اصیل» و «واقعی» معرفی کرده‌اند، در حقیقت یا با دیدگاه قوم‌محور و یا با رویکرد اسلام‌گرایانه وارد میدان شده‌اند. اما در هر دو حالت، چیزی که قربانی شد، منافع ملی و مردم بود و چیزی که تحمیل گردید، خواست‌های شخصی، خانوادگی و قبیلگی آنان بود.
اگر به طرز فکر و حلقه‌های اطراف این رهبران خودخوانده نگاه کنیم، همه چیز مانند آینه روشن است: این رفتارهای نادرست، ملت را از هم دور ساخته است. امروز اگر یک خانواده به ولایتی برود که هم‌زبان یا هم‌قوم او نیست، احساس امنیت نمی‌کند و خود را بیگانه در سرزمین خویش می‌پندارد. متأسفانه، حتی در میان افغان‌های خارج از کشور نیز این شکاف به‌شدت حس می‌شود—شکافی که در گذشته کمتر وجود داشت اما امروز بسیار برجسته شده است.
شبکه‌های اجتماعی که می‌توانستند پلی برای آگاهی و وحدت باشند، متأسفانه به محلی برای دشنام‌گویی قومی و مذهبی بدل شده‌اند. این روند فاصله‌ها را عمیق‌تر کرده و ترمیم آن کاری ساده نخواهد بود.
در نتیجه، جامعهٔ ما از دو سو سرکوب می‌شود: از یک‌سو سرکوب قومی و از سوی دیگر سرکوب دینی. در مسیر کنونی افغانستان، دین بیش از هر چیز به ابزاری برای سرکوب و تأمین منافع گروه‌های خاص تبدیل شده است؛ گروه‌هایی که تنها برای حفظ آینده و رفاه خود می‌کوشند. این بزرگ‌ترین نقطه‌ضعف ملت ماست. اگر این اندیشه‌ها نتوانند برای خود جایگاه مشروع بیابند، دیر یا زود رسوا خواهند شد و سرمایه اجتماعی‌شان به صفر خواهد رسید.
پیامدهای این مسیر نادرست نیز روشن است:
روابط دوستی و خانوادگی میان اقوام تیره خواهد و به دشمنی می‌انجامد.
دین به‌عنوان ارزش اخلاقی برای همیشه بدنام می‌گردد.
تجارت و اقتصاد به نابودی می‌رود و اعتماد از میان می‌رود.
هر فردی که از آدرس قوم یا دین به قدرت برسد—حتی اگر فاسد باشد—از حمایت قومی برخوردار بوده و بیشتر تقویت می‌شود.
زندگی برای نسل بیدار و اندیشمند دشوار می‌گردد.
مردم برای یافتن امنیت کشور را ترک خواهند کرد.
زنان به‌خاطر دیدگاه‌های قومی و دینی از جامعه رانده خواهند شد.
وحدت ملی را بسیار کم شاهد اش هستیم از هم گسسته و کشور پارچه پارچه خواهد شد.
مساوات و برادری برای همیشه از بین خواهد رفت.
کسب‌وکارهای کوچک و بزرگ نابود خواهند شد.
مافیای دینی و قومی نسل نو را شست‌وشوی مغزی داده و در آینده نزدیک شاهد صادرات جریان‌های خطرناک به جهان خواهیم بود.
این تصویر، نتیجهٔ مستقیم پیوند خطرناک قومیت‌گرایی و دین‌گرایی در ساختار سیاسی و اجتماعی افغانستان است—و اگر برای تغییر این مسیر اقدامی نشود، آینده‌ای روشن برای ملت ما متصور نخواهد بود.

Afghanistan: A Nation Sacrificed to Ethnicity and Religion
From the past until today, Afghanistan’s social and political activities have been dominated by two forces: ethnicity and language on one hand, and religion and sect on the other. Those who have called themselves “true leaders” were either ethnic nationalists or Islamist ideologues. In both cases, what was imposed were their personal, family, or tribal interests—while the nation and its people were sacrificed.
Looking at their mindset and inner circles reveals the truth: misguided ethnic and religious behaviors have divided the nation. Today, if a family moves to a province where they are not of the same ethnicity or language, they often feel unsafe and alienated. Sadly, this same divide is strongly felt even among Afghans living abroad—something less visible in the past, but painfully obvious now.
Social networks, which could have been a bridge for awareness and unity, have instead become arenas for ethnic and sectarian insults. This deepens the divide, making reconciliation far from easy.
Thus, Afghan society is oppressed from two sides: ethnic domination and religious domination. Religion has been reduced to a tool of repression, used by certain groups to secure their own futures. This is the greatest weakness of our nation. If such ideologies cannot establish a legitimate place for themselves, they will eventually be exposed and their social and political capital will fall to zero.
The consequences of this destructive path are clear:
Friendships and family ties between ethnic groups turn hostile.
Religion becomes permanently discredited.
Trade and the economy collapse, trust disappears.
Anyone who gains power through ethnicity or religion—even if corrupt—receives protection.
Life becomes difficult for the awakened young generation.
People leave the country in search of safety.
Women are excluded from society under ethnic and religious justifications.
National unity collapses, leading to fragmentation.
Equality and brotherhood are uprooted.
Small and large businesses are destroyed.
Ethnic and religious mafias will indoctrinate the youth, and soon Afghanistan may export dangerous, extremist currents to the world.
This is the direct outcome of the toxic marriage between ethnic chauvinism and religious extremism. Without decisive change, Afghanistan’s future remains bleak.
