You Think They Don’t Count Treats? Think Again. 👀😅
You thought your dog was just staring at your snacks?
Turns out… they’re secretly doing math.
And scientists found that dogs can actually tell when you give fewer treats.
In one study, dogs were shown two plates, one with more, one with less, and guess which one they picked every single time?
Yep, the bigger pile.
Brain scans even show their minds light up when numbers change,
the same part of the brain humans use for counting!
So when you “accidentally” give one dog three biscuits
and the other just two…
don’t be fooled by that quiet stare.
They know.
And the one who got less will remember it forever.
They might not speak our language,
but they definitely understand fairness.
