Captain Easychord is back with a brand-new single, “Happy Times” — recorded and produced by Todd Erickson at Rock Garden Studios in Portland, Maine. And we’re not exaggerating when we say it’s the feel-good redemption story of the season.

Out Friday, 11/21 Hapoy Times tells the tale of a man rescued (mentally and emotionally) by a woman who saw straight through his B.S. — and loved him anyway. Think jangly guitars, soulful vocals, and that undeniable Easychord charm that turns confession into celebration.

Todd worked his magic at Rock Garden Studios, giving “Happy Times” a lush, classic-meets-modern sound that’s ready for your playlist. It’s got heart, groove, and just enough self-awareness to make you smile while you dance. Captain is joined by Shel Pierce - Hotel Saturn, Lynda Mandolyn - Tigerbomb, Todd Erickson - Holy Smoke, and Larry Newman - Satch Kerans Band/Capt. Easychord to round out the group!
