**MORE INFORMATION ABOUT GETTING INVOLVED**

Please show your love for grassroots media by supporting BEYOND BOSTON! Each month we create a theme for our monthly news digest and then community TV stations in the greater Boston area submit segments to air as part of this news show. Currently, Brookline Interactive Group, Cambridge Community Television, Malden Access TV, Somerville Media Center - SMC, Watertown Cable Access Corp and Boston Institute for Nonprofit Journalism are all actively part of the Regional News team. This helps to alleviate the burden on one organization and offers a chance to check out their production space. If you want to join the BB team or you're interested in airing our TV show, please contact Erica Jones at [email protected].

THE CAMP PROVINCETOWN DIARIES
THURSDAY, APRIL 3, 2025

A little less than a year ago, we were given a grant to launch the 1st Annual Outsiders Festival. The money was earmarked for a website to serve as our portal to the world. The website is the result of endless hours of toil and love and is live. There's still some minor tweeking to be done but here we are... www.campprovincetown.com

The idea for the Festival came to us during Covid 2020 when we ruled supreme down a Gosnold Street alley at a beach gallery beneath a glorious ART sign.

"What about us?"

There are themes for this and themes for that but what about us non-conformist misfits that defy a category. Our common thread is that we can't help ourselves - we can't stop ourselves from being creative forces. That is truly what defines us first and foremost.

So here we are.

After herding cats for the past year we have our first line-up. Those who can't join us this year will surely be here for year two or three. We have kept all the prices super reasonable so that anyone can afford to come.

The festival begins on Thursday, May 8th at 7:00PM with HERESY & the Provincetown Collagists at the Provincetown Commons and ends on Sunday, May 11th at 1:00PM the Gifford House with the Tipsy Auction hosted by Joey Mars. In between there is a smorgasbord of events. There are 100 VIP tickets that will get you into everything. Some events are free but many events only have a capacity of 100 seats. These passes are $99.99.

For $25 you can see BILLY HOUGH'S EXPLOPING PLASTIC INEVITABLE and MOD FASHION SHOW at Town Hall.
