Undergraduate and graduate students from Boston University's Film and Television Department are regularly seeking reliable talent for their creative projects. Boston University Casting provides large and extensive options to the Boston University community and give all students regardless of major as well as members of the Boston community the chance to audition for quality and professional work.

If you're a director looking for talent or a screenwriter looking to have your screenplay become a reality, BU Casting has services for all creative aspects of film and television. Boston University Casting serves as a reliable and convenient liaison between the Boston University film and television community and the acting community of Boston University, and the greater Boston area. Please note - although this site is intended to be used by students of BU's Department for Film and Television for their projects, it is a public site and can be accessed by outside parties. During the Spring 2022 semester the following procedures will be in place for recruiting actors for student productions from bostonuniversitycasting.ning.com

-Directors may only cast for BU Department of Film and Television class productions.
-Casting calls can take place in person but all persons not actively reading for a role must be masked.
-Casting is now opened up to actors outside of the BU community; however ALL actors must be vaccinated.
