Gerry, turned pro in "1977" and went on to challenge for the World Title Two (2) times over his distinguished career.

We at Dark Tower Entertainment were shocked and saddened by the passing of Aaron Carter. Our collective thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathies go out to his family, his fans, and everyone who…like us…were touched by his life and legacy. Over the last year and a half, we had the opportunity to become very familiar with, and fond of Aaron while filming our upcoming documentary film, “Celebrity Boxing…The 16th Minute” This is a film Aaron contributed so much to, and we couldn’t have imagined at the time would chronicle one of the final projects Aaron would work on. We look forward to releasing our film, and feel honored to have been able to have had the opportunity to work with Aaron and all those who participated in the making of this film. It is our sincere wish that upon seeing this film, viewers are able to see Aaron the way we at Dark Tower Entertainment will always remember him…as a kind soul who genuinely loved to entertain, and fought hard with determination, and heart….win or lose…against whatever opponent stood before him.
