Started in 1979 by a group of MBA alumnae and considered to be the premier women's leadership conference in the world, the Simmons Leadership Conference attracts over 4,000 middle and senior level women every year from companies and organizations across the country and around the globe.

Each year, our speakers are prominent women who are role models and thought leaders on issues relevant to experiences and concerns of women in the workplace and in the world. We ask our speakers to tell their stories so others are inspired to reach higher to achieve their personal and professional goals.

The Simmons Leadership Conference is a non-profit fundraiser for graduate scholarships at Simmons University and as such, helps ensure the viability of women's education for generations to come.
