What could cause a random burn mark on my couch when the only candle was 3 meters away on a mantel! No other signs of damage, any ideas

We have put an offer on this house and this is the kitchen. The cabinets are not as white as they appear, but are a creamy yellow 🤢. The backsplash is the same as the countertops which would be great if it wasn’t so busy. We are painting the cabinets and removing the backsplash. White for the cabinets, but what for the backsplash as we don’t want it to look busy. HELP!! Any AI pics you could show me would be incredibly helpful.

I'm shocked and angry! After weeks of renovating, I just noticed my new staircase has one upside-down baluster at the end. 🤯😡 When I called my carpenter, he said it's intentional and has a specific reason. Can someone explain why?

Installed a couple upstairs drains today. I started to use clear pipe so u could have dinner and show. Sink terminations are the best!!!

I’m kind of hesitant to post my newly decorated room on here because I’ve seen some brutal comments for my couch cover to others but here goes.
I know This cover isn't wonderful but I think it can handle the colorful change! I love it!😊
