This past Juneteenth, I bet on myself — planned, promoted, and DJ’d my own event.

Sam Adams Rooftop was packed, the energy was real, and it became one of my favorite gigs ever. Big love to everyone who pulled up.

7 years ago, I was just another BU senior (and a promoter and secret bedroom DJ) at BU Senior Night at Lansdowne. Two weeks ago, I came back to headline it.

One of my favorite sets to date—playing for my alma mater on a night that meant so much to me back then felt surreal. It was everything I imagined and more.

Huge thanks to BU for having me. I don’t usually get sentimental about gigs, but this one hit different.
