17-year-old Arjun Aravind will be charged with two counts of murder in connection with the deaths of his mother and 14-year-old brother in Acton.

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan says Aravind used ChatGPT to write what she called fantasy stories and research how to kill his family.

Wayland, MA: One person appears to be in custody and a car has been towed away from a parking lot in Wayland. Investigators have not said whether this is connected to a death investigation in neighboring Acton. They have been looking to speak with 17-year-old Arjun Aravind, who they believe is in a green Honda Accord, after they say two of his relatives were found dead in their Martha Lane home.

Lindsay Clancy trial (August 6, 2026): On Wednesday, the Clancys’ former nanny took the stand, calling Lindsay a “wonderful mother.”

Jurors had a half day, but we expect a full day of testimony on Thursday.

Lindsay Clancy trial day 3: Several first responders are taking the stand this morning, on the third day of testimony in Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial.

On Wednesday, we heard emotional testimony from Patrick Clancy, as well as his harrowing 911 call the night he returned home and found the deceased bodies of his three children, along with his then-wife, who had attempted su***de.

Patrick Clancy is set to return to the stand Wednesday in his ex-wife Lindsay’s murder trial. She’s accused of killing their three children. Her attorney says she was suffering from postpartum psychosis at the time, and was overly medicated. Prosecutors say the killings were intentional and planned.

On Wednesday, we expect to hear more about the moments Patrick returned home after getting dinner and hear audio of his 911 call, which will only be available to the people inside courtroom due to a court order.

We’re in Biddeford, Maine this morning, where 26-year-old Joan Sebastian Guerrero was shot and killed by ICE.

Officials say the husband and father was not the person agents were looking for.

Neighbors remember Guerrero as a good person who worked hard to provide for his family.

Rep. Chellie Pingree says Guerrero’s family, including his three-year-old daughter witnessed the deadly shooting.

In a statement, DHS said, “ICE law enforcement attempted to conduct a vehicle stop. The vehicle attempted to flee the scene and, fearing for public safety, an officer discharged his weapon.”
