Since 2019, the True Crime Podcast Festival has been built on ethics, advocacy, and community. We have shown up consistently, even during COVID, because we believe deeply in this space and the people within it.

Given the current climate of injustice and the potential impact to safety for our attendees, creators, and ourselves as co-founders, we have made the intentional decision to postpone the next festival until 2027.

This pause gives us the space to rethink how we return, how we can best support and uplift creators who align with our values, and how we partner with organizations that genuinely stand by ethics and advocacy through action, not just words.

When we return in 2027, we plan to do so on the West Coast.

All tickets purchased from previous years, that are unclaimed, will remain valid for 2027.

We are also exploring the possibility of a smaller meetup later this fall and will share more details soon.

Thank you for your trust, patience, and continued support. This decision reflects the same care, intention, and accountability that has always guided this community.
