Sanctuary is a verb. As the Nicaraguan revolutionary Augusto Sandino said, "only the workers and the peasants will go until the end." Government-designated "sanctuary status" can be taken away. Politicians bend and bow to power. Only by organizing door-to-door, block by block, at work, at school, in the neighborhood can we get through these times and come out stronger than before. The time is now to build popular power. Melt ICE! Abolish the State!

Please, help support grassroots popular movements in El Salvador!. The Red Ciudadana de Mujeres de Morazan (Women's Civic Network of Morazan), a grassroots women's organization in Morazan, the rural northeastern Department of El Salvador.

When we visited Morazan in 2022, we were able to pass off some literature in Spanish to a contact from the Red. This summer, the Red announced the opening of a feminist library in Morazan. We have been asked to make a contribution to help fill their shelves!
