Muita gente fala de TPM… mas quase ninguém fala sobre o quanto o transtorno disfórico pré-menstrual pode ser devastador, principalmente para mulheres autistas.
Estudos mostram que até 92% das mulheres autistas relatam sintomas intensos relacionados ao ciclo hormonal. E não é “drama”, “sensibilidade” ou “frescura”.
É exaustão, irritabilidade extrema, crise sensorial, burnout, ansiedade, tristeza profunda e a sensação de perder completamente o controle do próprio corpo e mente por alguns dias todos os meses.

Passei muito tempo achando que tinha algo errado comigo, até entender que hormônios + autismo podem intensificar tudo.
Precisamos falar mais sobre isso. 🤍

⚠️ Has anyone else had issues with Securitex Tactical USA?

I’m sharing my experience because I truly need help connecting with others who may be going through the same situation.

I signed up for a CPR Instructor course something that has been one of my goals for a long time. I paid $300 for this course.

The first class was canceled, and I did not receive any refund. Then it was canceled a second time.

I was told that my refund was being sent through Venmo. At one point, it even showed that the refund had been issued but I never received anything in my account. Instead, I was informed that the refund was sent to a different card that was “manually entered,” which is not my card.

Since then, I have been trying to contact them to get my $300 back, with no resolution. And honestly, even if it were $10, I would still fight for it because it is not their money, it is mine.

I have also been contacted by the organization related to the course, and I’ve been told this needs to be resolved.

At this point, I am documenting everything and trying to understand how this situation is being handled. I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a similar experience.
