From “Paper Pusher” to Powerhouse 🚀
In Dec 2020, Andrew sat at a lunch that changed his life. His boss at the time laughed and said, “Andrew, you’re kind of just a glorified paper pusher.” It stung. But that sting became the spark. ⚡️
Two days later, Andrew was on the phone, cold-calling dispensaries and growers. While the world was on pause, he was building. Alongside his best friend since 2nd grade, Joe, he envisioned a business built on something more than just “stuff.”
The Road to Full-Time:
The path wasn’t easy. Andrew spent years juggling:
• A full-time construction job 🏗️
• Working at a dispensary to learn the trade 🌿
• Helping a mentor with promotional products 👕
• All while building CB Disco in the “in-between” moments.
When he finally tried to quit, they offered him double his salary to stay. He stayed for 6 months, but the universe (or as Andrew says, God) had other plans. A layoff in Sept 2022 forced his hand. It wasn’t a setback—it was a release. 🕊️

Most people know me as their injector, but my roots are deep in the clinical world. I spent 15 years as a surgical nurse—I’m that “nerdy nurse” who obsesses over anatomy and safety. For me, aesthetics was never just about beauty; it was about bringing that surgical precision to the art of aging.

• The Pivot: While working side-by-side on the floor at BMC, a friend and I decided to finally take the leap into Botox.
• The Grind: I didn’t just “start.” I spent 200+ hours volunteering, watching master injectors like a hawk, and soaking up every clinical detail.
• The “Bingo” Moment: When the law changed in MA to allow Nurse Practitioners more independence, I knew it was time to build something of my own. 🎰
• The COVID Curveball: We were just starting to gain momentum when the world shut down. But it only made me more determined to create a space where women could feel seen and cared for.
