The latest episode of The Over 50 Health & Wellness Show just dropped, and WOW! What a story . . .

Endurance athlete & barefoot adventurer Ken Posner went from being the last pick in sports as a kid to running 100+ mile ultras and climbing mountains barefoot in his 60s.
