I’ve felt a little disconnected these past couple of months — and this trip to Costa Rica reminded me what it really means to live ‘Pura Vida.’ 🇨🇷🤙🏽

Slowing down. Being present. Appreciating what actually matters.

I’ve never been more grateful for the Who’s in my life — the close friends, mentors, and colleagues who truly fill my cup.

Forever grateful this trip made it out of the group chat and into real life.

This fitness journey hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve failed more times than I can count trying to bulk, trying to cut, cutting out sugar, fixing my diet, spending hours in the gym, and searching for motivation even when the tank was empty. But every rep, every setback, and every restart taught me something. Posting this today as a reminder: the best things don’t happen overnight, good things take time.

I’ve known .media for 3–4 years now, and the amount of growth I’ve seen in him is unreal.
This man will legit work 22 out of 24 hours in a day — and still be ready to take on new clients, build his own brand, and somehow still find time to help me build mine.

He’s constantly sharing ideas, showing up, hitting the gym, and pushing everyone around him to level up.
No complaining. No excuses. Just ex*****on.

Madrid is a machine — but more importantly, he’s a solid friend, a real business partner, and someone I genuinely look up to.
