This sweet girl came to us less than two weeks ago, and her life has completely changed from abandoned, unloved and starved to being loved and in a pack that accepts her and knowing she will never have to go without a meal again -Miss Elsa is now part of our sanctuary family! She is a long road ahead of her to get her healthy. She is still so skinny and we have to get her vetted this week.

We wanted to take a moment to say thank you to every single person who continues to stand beside our rescue. Whether you’ve donated, shared a post, or simply cheered us on, you are helping give our animals the safe, loving lives they deserve. Tomorrow is our weekly grain pickup, and we need to raise $300 to keep everyone fed. Every single week, this expense comes around, and thanks to your generosity, our animals never have to wonder where their next meal is coming from. We’re also still working toward this week’s $700 hay bill. So far, we’ve raised $120, and we’re incredibly grateful for every donation that has brought us closer to our goal! Hay and grain are the foundation of caring for 200 rescued animals, and every dollar truly makes a difference. If you’re able to help, no gift is too small. It has been just a few weeks since Lazarus and Phoenix arrived at Lily’s Ranch & Rescue, and every single day they continue to remind us why we never give up. When these girls came to us, they were heartbreakingly thin, weak, and fighting just to survive. Looking at them now, you can finally start to see hope taking shape. Their ribs aren’t quite as sharp, their coats are beginning to shine, and the first signs of healthy weight are slowly appearing. They still have a long road ahead, but seeing these small changes means everything. We couldn’t make this progress alone. A HUGE thank you to Horse Guard for providing these girls with the nutrition they desperately needed. Their generous support has played such an important role in helping Lazarus and Phoenix begin their transformation. Recovery doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right feed, excellent veterinary care, and lots of love, these girls are finally getting the chance they always deserved. Every pound they gain is a victory. Every brighter eye, every stronger step, every little improvement reminds us that healing is possible. This sweet girl was brought to us last night by Fluffs Sake Cat Rescue INC. She was laying in the Dollar General parking lot all day 30 miles north of us. Someone reported her there at 10 in the morning and no one did anything just left her to be finally someone called our good friend Crystal, who went and picked her up and brought her to us immediately She is in terrible shape, completely emaciated. She was covered in ticks and fleas, possibly hit by a car. After she was brought here, our friend Crystal posted to see if we could find her Owner and yes her owner came forward but then relinquished her rights to this dog , so sad.
We do not know how old she is. We just know that she is now loved and cared for if you can help us with her rehab journey, we would be forever grateful. She needs her teeth done immediately.
