Finally did the 21 day reset with .ayers.wellness !!
This program really is so educational and was just the boost I needed to finish the year out.
It focuses on whole foods, intermittent fasting (which wasn’t as bad as I expected), movement and hydration. Something about this program really did feel different than the other times I’ve tried to “reset.” Between the education and community, it would be hard to *not* see results and positive lifestyle changes.
