1. Everything changes.
The good times don't last forever. Neither do the bad times. Life is always moving, whether you want it to or not.

2. Not everyone is meant to stay.
Some people enter your life as blessings. Others arrive as lessons. Both have value.

3. Your mind creates much of your suffering.
Many battles happen not in reality, but in the stories, fears, and assumptions we repeatedly tell ourselves.

4. Peace is more valuable than being right.
Many people lose relationships, sleep, and happiness trying to win arguments that don't truly matter.

5. The things you own never satisfy you for long.
The excitement fades. The novelty disappears. Lasting fulfillment comes from within, not from possessions.

6. Time is your most valuable asset.
