Hey friends! šŸ‘‹

I believe the best brands are built with intention—and I’m looking for 2–3 small businesses or entrepreneurs who would like to collaborate with me as I grow in brand strategy and design.

Together, we’ll focus on the core building blocks of your brand identity:
✨ Logo & monogram
✨ Typography
✨ Color palette
✨ Icons

This is a chance for both of us to grow: you’ll gain a refreshed or newly developed visual identity, and I’ll gain the hands-on experience of shaping brands with real impact. Let’s build something meaningful together.

šŸ“© Message me if you’re interested (or tag someone who might be)!

✨ Sometimes the best songs don’t start with a bang… they start with a whisper.

I found this old video of a song I began writing a few years ago, back when I was just stepping into my self-love journey. At the time, I was sifting through the messy middle—learning to embrace the parts of myself I loved, rediscovering the things I had forgotten, and working on quieting the negative voices that kept me small.

Like many of my songs, it started as a ballad—just me, the keys, my hopes, my dreams. What came out was more than a song… it was a reminder. A reflection of who I was becoming, and a revamp of my focus toward the best parts of me: kind, compassionate, wise.

šŸŽ¶ Music has a way of teaching you who you are before you even realize it.

This is just a glimpse into the process, but maybe it will inspire you to lean into your own journey—to sift, to uncover, to remember the light inside you. šŸ’«

If you think I should finish the song, leave a comment with something you love about yourself! If you think I should scrap it and try again, leave a šŸ‘šŸ»

🌿 Life Gets in the Way — And That’s Okay 🌿

A few years ago, I was in a place I didn’t recognize myself in—married and miserable in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Every day I felt myself slipping further from my own worth.
Then my mom needed surgery. Nothing critical, but I was 800 miles away, and I needed to be with her. Before I could get to Ohio, I stopped to help a friend of my dad’s near San Antonio, Texas. Then I made it to my mom. Then Iowa. Over 2,200 miles in two weeks. It was chaos... but it was also the beginning of me choosing me.

Not long after our anniversary, I told my husband I was leaving. I couldn’t do it anymore—to myself or to him. A few days later, I packed up and moved back home.

That decision didn’t come wrapped in ease or instant peace. It came with a year and a half of stumbling through survival. Temp jobs, anxiety, doubt, loneliness… and yet, I kept going. I got a full-time job. A small apartment that felt like mine. I gathered what I needed with the help of the people who love me—bit by bit, furniture and dishes and the soft kind of support that doesn’t always make it into the spotlight. I started to see this version of me I didn’t think was possible.

Then I started going to the gym. One day a week turned into two… then five. I lost 50 pounds in six months. I gained strength, peace, confidence.
And then… life shifted again.

I lost my grandpa.
I joined a band.
Helped friends with their businesses.
My company got acquired.
I lost a bandmate.
I stepped into band management.
Started a new business with my best friend.
I got into a relationship.

And now? Now I find myself wanting to return to that peace I once carved out so carefully. But things are different. I can’t go to the gym five days a week like I used to. But you know what I can do?

Set myself up to go once.
And celebrate the hell out of that win.

✨ Because here’s the truth: Life gets in the way. Priorities change. You evolve. And self-kindness isn’t about what you used to be able to do—it’s about honoring what you’re capable of right now. Today.

So wherever you’re at… I see you. I know it’s not always easy to get back to yourself. But you’re not broken. You’re not behind. You’re just adapting. And that’s a kind of magic too. šŸ’«

✨ CONNECTIONS CREATE COOL THINGS ✨

One of my favorite parts of The Boice Box? Getting to really know my clients — their stories, their visions, their goals — and then helping bring those to life.

It’s not just about slapping a design together and calling it a day. It’s about collaboration, creativity, and building something that represents you.

Huge shoutout to my buddy (and now client!) Tyler, owner of Roots N' Sprouts, for trusting me with his new logo and sticker design! Watching his excitement over this next chapter fires me up — and seeing him proudly share the final product? That’s the best kind of full-circle moment.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll keep saying it… building the life you want doesn’t happen overnight. It happens one step at a time — one connection, one project, one ā€œhey, can you help me with this?ā€ at a time.

This is exactly what that looks like.

Grateful for the people. Grateful for the process. Grateful to be part of their story — and to have them as part of mine.

Good evening everyone šŸ‘‹

Tonight I wanted to share our new labels that will be on our packaging!
It may change again in the future, because experimenting is half the fun right!?

But for now, we are excited to ā€œspruce upā€ our containers for you!

We have an amazing graphic designer that helped us bring our vision to life, go and follow her to see her amazing work. (The Boice Box)

She is also tagged in the post with us to insure the credit she deserves!

Thank you all and love, peace and health šŸ’š

🌿 Reflection Mode: One Step at a Time 🌿

If there’s one thing I’ve truly come to understand over the last few years… it’s that phrase people love to throw around — ā€œOne step at a time.ā€

It used to feel so clichƩ. Now? It feels like a map.

In just four years, I’ve gone from housewife to multifaceted force — but let me be clear — it didn’t happen overnight. It happened one uncertain, terrifying, exhilarating, stubborn little step at a time.

In 2021, I was married and living in a state I’d only visited once or twice. I knew maybe a handful of people, all in-laws. My days were filled with tending to the home — decorating, cleaning, cooking, folding, organizing — all the things that are supposed to give you a sense of pride and purpose. And I tried… I really did. I created in any way I could: painting, crafting Dollar Store finds into something new, hanging records from my favorite musicians on the wall, playing piano and singing to fill the silence.

But underneath it? I was lonely. I was bitter. I was craving more.

And eventually… I realized I had to be the one to take the next step. No one was coming to do it for me.

So I broke my childhood crush’s heart… again. And I moved home. And then I started over. And started over… and over. The drawing board became a familiar place. But each time I went back to it, I carried the lessons from my last steps with me.

I’ve learned that my creativity has a place in this life.
I’ve learned how to say ā€œNoā€ — my favorite version being, ā€œI don’t think that’s something I can commit to.ā€
I’ve learned what real self-love looks like.
I’ve learned that I am the main character of my story, and a side character in countless others.
I’ve learned that I’m never going to be a ā€œone-directionā€ kind of person — and honestly? I love that about me.

Every chapter, every pivot, every ā€œstart overā€ moment… it’s all part of cultivating the life I desire. And when a chapter ends? It’s because I’m ready to step into the next one.

✨ So wherever you are — stuck, thriving, restarting, or questioning — just take the next step. One step at a time… it all adds up. ✨

It started with popsicles… šŸ¦ā„ļø

This morning, my coworker called me up and said, ā€œHey, I’m doing this little thing for my customers — bought some popsicles — thought it’d be fun to slap on a quick sign that says ā€˜Omni's customers are the coolest.’ Nothing fancyā€¦ā€

…Nothing fancy, they said.

Y’all know me better than that. If I’m touching it? We’re making it fancy. We’re making it extra. We’re making it Boice Box certified. šŸ˜ŽāœØ

One design wasn’t going to cut it — I cooked up FOUR. Because cool customers deserve options, and I never pass up a chance to sprinkle a little creativity into the workday.

Swipe through and tell me… which one’s your favorite? šŸ‘€

🦾✨ Plot twist: my alter ego wears steel toes. ✨🦾

By night, I’m a singer, creator, and full-blown vibe curator.
By day? I moonlight as an Office Assistant and backup Scale Operator at a metal recycling facility — because even rockstars have rent. šŸ˜ŽšŸ¤˜

I’ve been in and out of the metal recycling world for about 9 years (which feels very on brand for someone who sings rock, doesn’t it?). But for the last 3.5 years, it’s been my full-time gig.

My favorite part?
The people. Always the people.
I get to meet everyone from seasoned scrappers to first-timers who walk in looking like they're about to face a boss battle. 🫣

That’s where I come in — explaining the process, answering the questions, calming the nerves. I love seeing that shift from confusion to, ā€œOhhh! That wasn’t so bad. You’ve been incredibly helpful, thank you!ā€
(You’re welcome, friend. Now go get paid for that scrap metal.)

At the end of the day, whether it's behind a mic or behind a scale, my mission stays the same:
✨ Be a safe place.
✨ Leave people better than I found them.
✨ And if possible… make 'em smile.

šŸ“ Permission Slip #1 — From a Manifesting Generator
As a Manifesting Generator, I’ve had to unlearn a lot.
Unlearn that changing my mind means I’m inconsistent.
Unlearn that walking away from something I once wanted means I’ve failed.
Unlearn that moving fast and switching lanes is something to apologize for.

The truth?
This is how I’m meant to move.
I’m designed to respond, to shift, to spark with something new—and sometimes that means pivoting mid-path.

So here’s my permission slip today:
I give myself permission to change course—even when it surprises people.
Even when it’s messy.
Even when I just got started.

If you needed to hear this, MG or not:
✨ You are allowed to change.
✨ You are allowed to grow in nonlinear directions.
✨ You are allowed to follow the fire instead of the checklist.

That’s not chaos—it’s creation.

What’s one way you’re letting yourself move differently this week?

🌿 Reflection Mode: Activated 🌿

This weekend was packed to the brim in the best kind of way.

NTO had a double debut—first at Hollywood Casino, then at the Highland Inn—and both shows gave me something different, something sacred.

šŸŽ² Hollywood was electric. The kind of stage that pulls something deeper out of you. I found myself exuding emotion in a way that felt raw, real, and slightly otherworldly. Seeing so many familiar faces in the crowd? That was the cherry on top of a very soulful sundae.

🌊 Then came Highland. Nestled right next to Round Lake (which literally made me pause and say ā€œWowā€ out loud), the vibe was intimate, genuine, and overflowing with connection. Our originals were met with dancing feet and singing voices—there’s no better feeling for a songwriter.

And now here I am, on a quiet Sunday, letting it all soak in.

I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m exactly where I need to be. And how beautiful is it that I GET to do this?

Here’s to the climb, the art, the heart, and every soul that claps, cheers, sings along, and simply believes.

šŸŒ±šŸ’« SATURDAY SHOUTOUTS šŸ’«šŸŒ±

This morning, while I’m getting ready to front the rock & roll chaos with NTO up in Manitou Beach tonight (🤘), my badass friends are holdin' it down at the Upper Sandusky Farmers Market!

✨ Tyler, the brains behind Roots N' Sprouts, is slangin’ some of the freshest, tastiest microgreens around.
✨ My ride-or-die Tanysha (aka co-founder of Sister Signs) is there repping with her usual charm and sparkle.
✨ And the ever-awesome Savannah is quietly making magic happen behind the scenes—setting up, tearing down, and keeping it all flowing like a pro.

These three are the real MVPs of the morning hustle. I might not be physically at the booth (rockstar duties call, y’know šŸ˜Ž), but I’m absolutely there in spirit—and in voice later tonight!

šŸ“If you're near Upper Sandusky, stop by and show some love to my people.
šŸ“If you're closer to Manitou Beach, MI, come party with NTO from 9 to midnight!

The grind never stops… but neither does the good energy. Let’s keep growing, glowing, and grooving, baby. šŸŒ±šŸ”„šŸŽ¤

We are at the Upper Sandusky farmers market this morning
We have:
Super food mix
Purple radish
Oriental mustards
Also, we are paired with Mystical Moon this morning as well!
She has healing stones, custom teas, rings and more!
Come out and say šŸ‘‹

šŸŽ„āœØ Behind every promo is hours of hustle.
And behind every show… even more.

This weekend, NTO is hitting two new stages —
šŸŽ° The Hollywood Casino on Friday
šŸ» Highland Inn on Saturday

It’s our double debut, and we’re bringing everything we’ve got.

But here’s what you don’t always see:

āœ” Reaching out to venues + booking the gigs
āœ” Confirming details + coordinating the crew
āœ” Building the setlist (and rewriting it… again)
āœ” Solo practice. Full band practice. More practice.
āœ” Designing the flyer
āœ” Creating and editing this video
āœ” Promoting the shows — while managing 10,000 other things

This isn’t just performance — it’s production.
And I do it because I love it. Because we love it. Because when the lights hit, and the crowd moves, it’s all worth it.

So if you're near Toledo Friday or Manitou Beach Michigan Saturday, come see the magic we’ve been building.

šŸŽ¤ Let’s make it loud. Let’s make it unforgettable.
