Last but CERTAINLY not least, our wonderful director Mallory Crouch! Mallory Crouch (she/her) is incredibly excited to say that she is graduating from Western Kentucky University this May with a BFA in Theatre, a minor in arts administration, and a certificate in Deaf studies. She has most recently directed The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, The Bald Soprano, and is currently at work assistant directing Something Rotten with WKU’s T&D department. Her focus as an artist is to facilitate an accessible theatrical experience for actors and patrons of all abilities, but particularly Deaf theatre-appreciators! She is thrilled to embark on this journey and share this story of the Trestle with you.

Next up is our wonderful producer and co-founder of Pope Lick Productions, KJ Wilkerson! KJ is a BFA Acting student at Western Kentucky University and works as a producer, actor, director, and theatre educator. She is an actor combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors and has aspirations to work as a freelance fight coordinator. KJ is thrilled this show is FINALLY happening and is excited to be promoting theatre programming in Bowling Green. When KJ isn’t working in the theatre, you can find them in the Warren County Public Libraries working as a student librarian. KJ couldn’t be thankful enough for The Capitol with Warren County Public Library’s collaboration with Pope Lick Productions and The Trestle at Pope lick Creek!

Meet the production team for The Trestle at Pope Lick Creek! First up, our wonderful stage manager Ally Adams. Ally Adams is a senior at Western Kentucky, getting her BFA in studio art and a BA in theatre with a focus in stage management. The Bowling Green native developed a passion for the theatrical world later than most and loves the amount of thoughtful collaboration that comes from every aspect of the art form. Her fascination of taking a script and watching it transform onto stage is something she says never looses its spark. Working with Popelick Productions is her first opportunity stage managing a show outside of the academic realm. She is endlessly grateful for the opportunity and cannot wait for the audience to see the final result.
