This week it goes without saying that we will be heavily featuring the Bratcher Tribute Show artists including an interview with Crowder of the Damn Shames. The flyer is attached, we can’t wait to celebrate Bratcher’s life and his dedication to local music in our community with all of you, free for all ages with beer and food trucks.

Tonight 6/18 Spillway has a Roots Revival featuring Allie Thomas, Lane Morris, and Dale Myers. All ages, begins at 6p.

Friday 6/19, The Grove in Glasgow has Jewelweed, Mark Whitley, Leslie Meng with a $10 cover in advance, $15 / doors at 7p. Fountain Row Fridays continues with Selba Jo 4:30-7 and Concerts in the Park (Circus Square) has Men of a Certain Age at 7. Donna’s has a Juneteenth celebration with Them Haints, Barracuda Disco, Lord Overstreet, and Black Forces. White Squirrel has live band karaoke and Spillway has a talent show with Wolf kicking it off at 7, Will Buddy, Allie Thomas, Justice Smith, Joseph Munda, and Zero free for all ages. Purple Toad Winery has Zach Smith 5-8 and SOKY’s premiere 90’s cover band Peter the Freshman is at Rusty’s Lakeside Pub at 7.

Saturday 6/20 we have the Bratcher Tribute at the Capitol, free for all ages at 6:30. The Grove has Bluegrass, Bubbles, & Bloodies 12-3 with Sam Lock & Friends. Donna’s hosts Manami & Cosmic Doom. White Squirrel has their Road to Neon Squirrel, an EDM night featuring Chron the Baptist, Harbo, and KHard at 10pm! Breaking Bad Habits is at Spillway 8-11 $5 cover, Farlee is at Purple Toad Winery 4-7, Joe B’s has Funk N Blues 8-11 for $5, and No Deposit Band is at 231 Bar & Grill 8-11! AJ’s Place has Catty Wampus and Noise of Mercy 8p $5 and Rusty’s Lakeside Pub has Lane Schlafke at 7.

Sunday 6/21 White Squirrel has Zach Smith at noon!

Friday Night 6/12 Marmalade plays their final BG show for the time being at Fountain Row Fridays 4:30-7 on Fountain Square. Then C-Dock Boyz kick off Concerts in the Park at 7 in Circus Square. Lowland Ramblers return to White Squirrel at 8p, Donna’s has DJ Sophia Bryant at 10 no cover, Mason Gentry is at LB’s Place 8-11, Overtime has Austin Miller 6-8 and Andy & the Rockers at 8:30, and Purple Toad Winery has Kyle Mercer 5-8. The Grove has the weekend off but Roxglass has Trenton Walls, Kentuckiana Sound, and damnneardead at 7 for $5. Cade Holcombe is at Rusty’s Lakeside Pub at 7, Brenton Coates is at Highland Social 7-10.

Saturday 6/13 Solomon Shines and Fat Box play White Squirrel at 6 and 8 respectively. Spillway has the Bandana Brothers, Lane Morris is at Joe B’s 8-11, the incredible Pretty Ravens return to BG at LB’s Place 8-11, No Deposit Band is at 231 Bar & Grill 7-11, and Busted Flat has a big day with the UAW Picnic at the Corvette Plant at 11a and The Pit Stop at 8p. Purple Toad has Cade Holcombe 4-7. Roxglass has Punk Night with Decay, Golly, and Blood Play at 8p for $5. Rusty’s Lakeside Pub features Danny ‘Guitarwood’ Garwood at 7, Brenton Coates is back at it 7-10 at Mammoth Valley Pub.

Sunday 6/14 Mt Victor R***e tears it up for brunch at White Squirrel 11:30a-2:30p.

Big show today! We feature Eats & Beats wrapping up Duncan Hines Days in Circus Square Park Saturday 3-10 with Bowling Green Rock Band Academy, Jaid Joice, Fatbox, The Damn Shames, and Elvie Shane. We sit down with Tessa and Ella who organized it and chat all about what’s going on and play some of the artists.

Brenton Coates is gigging hard this weekend Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Tonight (6/4) he plays Highland Social at 7, Friday he is at Swing City Golf 6:30-8:30, and Saturday he is back at Highland Social!

Friday (6/5) The Grove has Dogs on the Run, a tribute to the music of Tom Petty! Gates at 6, show at 7. DWH (DeVore, Weiss, Hall) plays Fountain Row Fridays 4:30-7. White Squirrel has High Heat @8, and Donna’s has a big bill from Mock Bishop (KY/TN Midwest emo), Beach Glow (BG emo), and Slouch (BG pop punk) no cover charge at 10. LB’s has Conspiracy Theory 8-11, and Spillway has their Blues Jam. AJ’s Place has a big country show with Colton Kise, Jonas Farmwald, and Mason Gentry 8-12. The Roxglass is doing Masquerade Karaoke, Rusty’s Lakeside Pub hosts Danny Johnson @ 7, and The Dive has Weston Robinson 8-11.

Two Sunday (6/7) shows to mention - White Squirrel with Sugar Lime Blue @ 11am and Jazz Sessions at 6pm. Spillway has Overtime & The Blue Collar Soldiers Band with doors at 7 Sunday.
