LIFTING AMERICAN PROSPERITY
At a press event Nov. 4, Great Lakes maritime industry leaders joined with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide an update on construction of the new large lock at Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The new $1.4 billion lock is the largest investment in the Great Lakes navigation system in a generation and will help to ensure supply chain resiliency.

At the event, new art posters commissioned to commemorate the lock project were released. These posters are suitable for both home and office and will be available for purchase. Proceeds will support the mission of the National Museum of the Great Lakes in Toledo, Ohio. Posters will also be available at the Soo Lock Visitors Center in Sault Ste. Marie.
