Big shout to my son for diving into my friend recently released Jewish Cookbook. He made Babka which is one of his favorite desserts. He said “it was so good”. I can’t wait to make it myself once our house remodel is complete. A side note: he lives in high elevation and the altitude did NOT affect the end product. 💙😋

Strawberry scones from our Food Guru blog! So easy and really tasty. Since we didn't have any oranges, we used tangerine zest instead! It works great 👍. Added a little extra maple syrup to sweeten up the strawberries too.

Welcome to 💪🏻for a real Kraut pleaser and here’s how to spruce up your sauerkraut! Along with green cabbage, I added shredded carrots, daikon, apples, turmeric, ginger ➕dried roses, Aleppo pepper flakes, fennel seeds, juniper berries, preserved leftover lemon pulp, and hibiscus sea salt. After 10 days of watching it transform from raw to a probiotic rich condiment, I put a heaping healthy helping on top of my grilled sausages. I never can thank my friend, Karen Digg (a health guru and creator of a easy DIY fermentation device ) enough for inspiring me and many thousands of loyal fans. 💜Enjoying the fruits of our labor in the hills of Healdsburg (Sonoma County, CA). The farm was opened up to the public to pick blackberries from their thornless vines.
