The 28 Nosler, a heck of a round and one that just seems to shoot. This is my second one I’ve built and it’s better than I hoped for, shooting ragged holes from the start. The Sierra Bullets 175 MKX are absolutely hammering out of it and if there’s one animal I hope gets in the scope of this thing it’s a wolf. Load dev landed me on 78grains of H1000 out of Peterson brass sending the 175s 3025 on average. Not redlined but right in a real shootable sweet spot. It’s fun when your hunt guns shoot 😎 and although West Elk Precision would have rather chambered a 7PRC, I’m glad he let me talk him into spinning up a 28 and per usual it shoots lights out. He’s probably swamped with work but if you want a hammer hit him up.

New film drops Thursday and we promise it’s more professional than Zack Boughton walkthrough. This film is about those opening days when tags get filled by lunch. Travis Boughton puts his 300PRC to work and this will get you fired up to get after it here shortly when the pumpkin patch takes to the hills 👊🏼 Presented by the homies GOHUNT

A good deer hunter is a coyote hunter. Or something like that 😎

Current prairie coyote setup. Pretty much every prairie rip is a coyote hunt for me. This setup is mean whether it’s a quick daytime set or a few after dark. The newest addition is the new Leica Sport Optics Geovid MAX. I won’t bore you with tech details I’ll just say this is the best range finding bino I’ve used ever and IMO best in class right now.
