I hate seagulls.

I’m about to have a real problem with my cleaning lady.

Because why am I on my hands and knees on a Saturday, discovering an area that was clearly not meant to be seen???

A small family of dust bunnies. 47 strands of hair. And something I’m choosing to believe is… toothpaste.

Like hello??? What exactly am I paying you for?? Because it clearly ain’t this.

This is unacceptable.

…anyway, small update: I don’t have a cleaning lady.

I am the cleaning lady.

And quite frankly, my performance review is not looking great.

We went to the park tonight and as we were playing, a group of girls walked by, probably middle school age.

One of them turned to me and said, “you are so pretty.”

I literally stopped and said “wait, what?” and she repeated it like it was no big deal.

It made my entire day.

Made me wonder… when was the last time I said something like that to someone else?

I’m going to do it more often. ❤️
