→ Permit required (not cheap) 
→ Trek = no joke (mud, sweat, and mild panic -> but there are 3 groups: starter - medium -hard core level)
→ But the moment you lock eyes with a gorilla in the wild? 1000% worth it

Worth it? 1000%.

We drove 2 hours from Riyadh, bounced through desert tracks, and ended up here — standing at the literal end of the Earth.

First time flying with a baby?

I remember googling “will babies be fine on planes so young?”

But I do wish someone told me these three things before we flew with our daughter at just 5 weeks old.

✈️ Since then she’s flown over 50 times, visited 18 countries,

and baby #2 is arriving soon — and yes, we are already prepping the same.

Ready to fly at 4 weeks :)

White sand. Crystal water. Zero high-rises. Just chill island energy and sunsets that make grown adults say “wow” out loud.

💡Pro tips:
→ Park early — it fills up fast
→ Bean Point for quiet vibes
→ Rent bikes, not cars
→ Don’t leave without a grouper sandwich

It’s old-school Florida with new-level views. Trust me — once you go, you get it.

And somehow… we made it.

Here are the 4 things that actually helped us get through a 24h travel day with a baby (and semi-functional brain cells), check them out!

She’s flown since she was 5 weeks old — now 2 years and 18 countries in.

Baby #2 is coming November 2025. And yes, we’d do it all again (probably with more snacks).
