I’m excited to share that Mary Chandler has joined me as my Real Estate Assistant in Trailer Estates!

Many of you already know Mary. She lives here, is active in our clubs and activities, and has served on the board. She knows and cares about this community, and I’m delighted to have her working alongside me.

Mary will help me keep listings and pending sales organized and moving forward, and she’ll assist me during the Community Tours and Home Tours I conduct. I’ll continue to be your real estate agent and main point of contact for buying or selling questions.

I’m so appreciative of the opportunity to do the work I do here in Trailer Estates. With Mary’s help, I’m especially excited for the upcoming season and all the neighbors we’ll have the chance to meet and help.

Can your grandchildren visit you in a 55+ community? ❤️ Absolutely!

This is actually one of the questions I get asked quite often about living in Trailer Estates.

My grandchildren live locally, so they’re here visiting me all the time—painting at Grandma’s house, swimming, stopping by, spending time together—and because they aren’t staying overnight, they aren’t considered overnight guests.

And yes, grandchildren can stay overnight too! In Trailer Estates, residents may have guests of any age stay with them for up to 30 days per year, per guest. So when my out-of-state grandchildren come to Florida, they can stay with us too.

Being a 55+ community doesn’t mean your children and grandchildren can’t be part of your life here. It simply means there are age requirements for residency. Visitors and overnight guests are allowed within the community’s guest rules.

So yes—the grandkids can come visit Grandma. ❤️ And around here, that might mean a day of painting, a trip to the pool, or a little Florida sunshine together.
