15 years in this industry and I’ve seen it all.
The podiums. The pressure.
The perfectly filtered highlight reels.

But I’ve also seen the burnout.
The women with big hearts and stretched too thin.
Trying to sell a dream that no longer feels like theirs.

So, I quietly hit pause.
I stopped chasing titles.
I started asking better questions.

What if the most powerful thing we could do wasn’t to rise, but to root?
What if the better way was actually slower, more sustainable, and built on trust over tactics?

That’s what led me here.
To a business model where nature does the heavy lifting, and people lead with heart.
Where we’re not selling over rated products or big promises—just purity, transparency, and results you can feel.

No hype. No hustle. Just the kind of peace that comes when you know you’re finally building something that aligns. 🌿

If you’ve been quietly looking for ā€œthe thingā€ but haven’t found your fit,

There’s room here for the slow-builders, the truth-tellers, and the women who want to do this differently.

DM ā€œROOTEDā€ if that’s you.

Your body responds to what it thinks you need.

No strength training? It stops holding onto muscle.
No stretching? It tightens to protect you.
No core work? It recruits the wrong muscles just to get you through the day.

This isn’t about workouts.
It’s about reminding your body what to keep.

Start herešŸ‘‡šŸ¼
— Add 3 slow squats every time you brush your teeth.
— Stand on one leg while your coffee brews.
— Roll your shoulders 10x before bed.

Small inputs. Big signals.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing on purpose.

How is this possible? He’s 18!! šŸ’™šŸ˜

I can still remember the day I first held you in my arms—the moment I finally got to take you home from the hospital after weeks in the NICU. Your first word, your first steps, me teaching you how to swim, how to ride a hoverboard, a swivel stick, and so much more. From the moment you were born, you became my greatest accomplishment—and you still are to this very day.

Looking back over all these years in these photos makes me so proud of the man you’ve grown into.

You have so much ahead of you, and I know the plans the Lord has for your life will keep unfolding if you stay true to who you are.

Happy 18th Birthday, Bear Bear. Mommy loves you more than words could ever say. ā¤ļø

I PASSED!!! The last month has been a blur of planks, breathwork, anatomy, flashcards, and a few ā€œwhat did I sign up for?ā€ moments.

This past weekend? Mentally and physically next-level.

But here’s what I know:
You can do hard things.
You can learn new things.
You can lead from the messy middle, not just the finish line.
And, the only deadline you have is the one you subscribe to in life.

So if you’re feeling stuck or like you missed your moment—trust me, you haven’t.

This is just the beginning. And I can’t wait to teach, inspire, and sweat alongside you soon. ā¤ļø

You don’t have to burn everything down to build something better. You just need to stop pretending that exhaustion is normal and that ā€œsomedayā€ will magically open a door. Flexibility isn’t given, it’s claimed—one small, bold yes at a time.

I’ve learned that the hardest part isn’t the decision itself—it’s having the courage to pause, research, and go against the grain when it doesn’t sit right.

Still wrapping my head around the fact that this kind of trip gets to count as ā€˜work.’ Girlfriends, big dreams, and one carry-on bag of skincare. Grateful doesn’t even cover it. ā¤ļø
