I’ve upgraded my toolkit — blending kinesiology, breath, nervous-system work, and somatic clearing — and the shifts are real.
After diving deep into advanced somatic and energetic training, I’ve upgraded my tools. In one recent session a long-time friend & graduate experienced radical release: trembling, tears, and a systems-level shift — all in a single session.
That’s the kind of depth and speed these tools can offer.
I work across the whole system — mental, emotional, physical, genetic, electrical, and spiritual (I call them the M-P-E-G hard drives) — using muscle testing, breath, nervous-system protocols, and precise nervous-system regulation.
Often we don’t need to retell the story; we clear the block where it’s held and the body processes the rest.

Meet Sarah.
She’s smart, caring, and hardworking. But lately, she keeps forgetting her keys, snapping at her kids, and staring at a messy house she just can’t seem to tackle.
At first, Sarah thought it was just her being “lazy” or “bad at keeping it together.” So she grabbed another coffee, powered through her to-do list, and told herself she just needed to try harder.
