Revised provisional mic set up for 10 person choir...
The plan is to capture the sound of the singers walking to their spot while singing. So I have a spaced pair of Flea 47s, two AEA R84s in the middle set Blumlein style, the little pair of ears you see is a little 3DIO binaural mic I'm trying for the first time. There's a pair of mics further back for more room also.

I'm mixing a soundboard recording of a live show of a band called Tasting Color. So I'm wondering, is there a market for this? If you play a show at a venue that can easily record you, how much would you be willing to pay someone to make sure it sounds amazing?

My variable headroom device is pretty much done. Gonna have to have absorption like the one black panel on that wall for this application.
And, when it's not overhead it definitely makes the room sound better as a whole, with a clearer but still raucous liveliness on the other side where drums have sounded great in the past.
