🚨 SHE FAKED A PREGNANCY THEN WENT LOOKING FOR A WOMAN WHO WAS ACTUALLY EXPECTING 🤬

Now that you know Maritza Ramirez-Cruz’s story, and why we need the help of Polk County Florida this is the woman responsible for taking her life and the life of her full-term baby.

Her name is Annette Morales-Rodriguez.🥊

In 2011, Morales-Rodriguez was 33 years old and living in Milwaukee. According to the criminal complaint, her boyfriend wanted a son, but she was unable to become pregnant. Instead of telling him the truth, investigators said she told him she was expecting.

As the pregnancy she had invented got closer to its supposed due date, the lie became harder to maintain.

Court records say Morales-Rodriguez became desperate.

She later told detectives that for approximately two weeks, she had been planning to find a pregnant woman, take her baby and make the child appear to be hers. Investigators said she even drove around looking for a pregnant woman the day before Maritza was targeted.

Then, on October 6, 2011, she saw 23-year-old Maritza Ramirez-Cruz near an organization that provided health and social services to Milwaukee’s Hispanic community.

Maritza was nearing the end of her pregnancy and was due to give birth within days.

Morales-Rodriguez offered her a ride.

Maritza accepted. 😢

According to prosecutors, Morales-Rodriguez then took Maritza back to her own home.

What followed was an extremely violent attack. I am intentionally leaving some of the most graphic details out of this post, but court records established that Maritza was attacked and her full-term baby was removed from her body. Both mother and baby boy passed away.

Then came the story Morales-Rodriguez apparently hoped everyone would believe.

She called 911 and claimed that she had just given birth at home and the baby was not breathing.

But medical personnel quickly realized something was wrong.

The investigation led police back to Morales-Rodriguez’s home, where Maritza was found.

Morales-Rodriguez eventually admitted to investigators that she had been desperate to give her boyfriend a son.

When her case finally went before a jury in September 2012, she was convicted of two counts of first-degree intentional homicide one for Maritza and one for her unborn child.

On December 13, 2012, she learned her fate.

Two life sentences.

No possibility of parole.

Maritza was only 23.

She left behind her husband and three young children, while the woman responsible for destroying their family will spend the rest of her life behind bars.

And that is why the story I shared before this one matters so much.

Nearly 15 years later, Maritza’s family is still carrying the consequences of what happened in 2011 and now they are asking people here in Lakeland and Polk County to help recover the photographs, baby blankets, keepsakes and other belongings that were sold with the contents of a storage unit last month.

According to her family, Maritza’s ashes are among the items they are hoping to bring home.

Morales-Rodriguez received her sentence.

Maritza’s family received a lifetime without her.

And after everything they have already lost, hopefully Polk County can help make sure they do not lose these final pieces of her too. 🕊️

The woman responsible had been pretending to be pregnant and later claimed she had given birth at home. Investigators uncovered what had really happened, and Annette Morales-Rodriguez was later convicted and sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Maritza left behind three young children. 😭

Her oldest was only six years old.

Nearly 15 years later, this family is now facing another heartbreaking situation.

Sentimental belongings connected to Maritza and her children were kept inside a Lakeland storage unit that was sold at auction.

Her family is now trying to recover photographs, baby blankets, keepsakes and other personal belongings that cannot be replaced.

According to the family, Maritza’s ashes are also among the items they are desperately hoping to recover. 🙏

The person who purchased that unit may have no idea whose belongings they have.

They may have opened boxes filled with photographs, baby items and family memories without ever realizing how much those things mean to the people who loved her.

To someone else, they may look like ordinary belongings.

To Maritza’s family, they are priceless pieces of a mother, a daughter and a life they already lost far too soon.

🚨 PARENTS & GRANDPARENTS CHECK YOUR CHILD’S PLAYSET

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued an urgent warning today, August 13, telling families to immediately stop using Model WPX-4 indoor/outdoor slide playsets because children can become trapped in openings on the equipment.

Tragically, the CPSC says a 17-month-old child died following an entrapment incident involving one of these playsets.

The danger comes from openings that may allow a child’s body to pass through while their head cannot, creating a serious head and neck entrapment hazard.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR

The affected product is:

Model WPX-4 Slide Playset
Manufactured by Wenzhou Yidian Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd.

These plastic playsets can be used indoors or outdoors and may include:

• A slide
• Tunnel
• Basketball hoop
• Some versions have a vehicle-shaped section on the side

They were sold in several colors, including red, navy, coffee, gray, green and yellow. Check the product label for WPX-4 and the manufacturer’s name.

⚠️ THIS IS IMPORTANT: The manufacturer has not agreed to an acceptable recall, so the CPSC is telling families to stop using the playset immediately and dispose of it.

🚨 NEARLY 30 YEARS LATER, TUPAC’S MURDER CASE IS FINALLY GOING BEFORE A JURY‼️

This one hits a little different for me because Tupac was my cousin’s absolute favorite. His music was always playing, so when Tupac was shot, it felt like one of those moments everybody around us stopped and paid attention.

I still remember hearing that he was gone.

He was only 25 years old.

And now, almost 30 years after Tupac Shakur was killed in Las Vegas, a man accused of helping orchestrate his death is finally facing a jury.

Duane “Keffe D” Davis, 63, has pleaded NOT GUILTY.

A jury has now been selected in Las Vegas, with opening statements expected to begin Monday, August 17.

Here’s what makes this case so interesting:

Prosecutors are not claiming Davis was necessarily the person who pulled the trigger.

Instead, they allege he helped organize the retaliation that led to Tupac’s shooting and supplied the weapon.

THAT NIGHT IN 1996

On September 7, 1996, Tupac attended the Mike Tyson–Bruce Seldon fight at the MGM Grand.

Earlier that night, Tupac and members of his entourage were involved in a confrontation with Orlando “Baby Lane” Anderson, who was Davis’ nephew.

Hours later, Tupac was riding with Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight when another vehicle pulled alongside them and shots were fired.

Tupac was critically wounded.

Six days later, he died. 😢

For almost three decades, no one was charged.

THEN KEEFE D STARTED TALKING.

Over the years, Davis publicly discussed the night Tupac was shot through interviews and in his memoir.

And now some of those very statements are expected to become part of the prosecution’s case against him.

That is what makes this trial so wild to me.

After years of rumors, documentaries, interviews, books and people debating what really happened, prosecutors are finally going to present their evidence in an actual courtroom.

The defense says Davis did not order Tupac’s killing and has challenged how prosecutors are using statements he made years later.

So now a jury will have to decide what those statements actually prove.

AND WE STILL MAY NOT LEARN WHO ACTUALLY FIRED THE SHOTS.

That’s the part people sometimes miss.

This case is mainly about whether Davis can be held responsible for allegedly helping arrange what happened even if prosecutors do not prove he personally fired a weapon.‼️

Nearly 30 years.

Tupac would be 55 years old today.🥺

Instead, he will forever be remembered as the 25-year-old artist whose music, words and influence lived far beyond the night his life ended.

For people like my cousin who absolutely loved Tupac, this case is more than just another courtroom story.

They have been hearing theories about his death for most of their lives.

Now, finally, there is going to be a trial.

Whether prosecutors can prove their allegations is something the jury will decide.

But after nearly three decades of unanswered questions, the world is finally going to hear the evidence.

🚨 JUSTICE SERVED: WOMAN CONVICTED OF FIRST-DEGREE MURDER IN DEATH OF 4-YEAR-OLD BRYAN BOYER😢

A Polk County jury has convicted Patricia Saintizaire of first-degree murder in the death of her 4-year-old adopted son, Bryan Boyer.

According to prosecutors, Bryan was seen at school on May 1, 2024, and appeared to be in good condition.

Later that evening, Saintizaire’s older son noticed Bryan struggling to sit up while trying to eat. 😢

Not long afterward, Bryan became unresponsive. 😤

The following day, May 2, 2024, Orlando Health notified law enforcement that the little boy had died. 💔

What investigators uncovered afterward was devastating.

Saintizaire initially denied ever physically punishing Bryan.

But investigators say they later learned she had instructed Bryan’s older brother to lie about whether he had witnessed abuse.

The older brother eventually told law enforcement that he had seen Saintizaire physically assault Bryan.

Then investigators found something even harder to explain away.

Two ‼️‼️home-surveillance videos recovered from Saintizaire’s cellphone reportedly documented abuse inside the family’s Davenport home.

One video showed Bryan being thrown into a swimming pool with his hands tied behind his back. (Come here Patricia 🥊)

Another showed Saintizaire striking him on the back with an object while he was lying on the floor. 😤

An autopsy revealed both old and recent scars on Bryan’s back, arms and legs, consistent with repeated abuse.

The examination also found a deep laceration to his liver, which was determined to be the cause of his death.

Saintizaire was convicted of:

First-degree murder
Two counts of aggravated child abuse
Tampering with a witness

She is scheduled to be sentenced on August 14, 2026, and prosecutors say she faces life in prison.

State Attorney Brian Haas thanked Assistant State Attorney Mikaela Perry and the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for their work in seeking justice for Bryan.

Bryan was only four years old.

He should have been worrying about toys, cartoons and what he wanted for a snack not surviving inside the place that was supposed to be his home.

Tomorrow, the court is expected to formally sentence the woman convicted of taking his life.

💔 ANOTHER LINEMAN HAS LOST HIS LIFE DOING THE DANGEROUS WORK MOST OF US NEVER SEE BUT ALL OF US DEPEND ON.

On August 11, Ryne Cooper went to work as a lineman.

He never made it back home.

Now his wife, Macy Rae, and their two young sons, Reed and Rory, are facing a life they never imagined one without their husband and dad.

Ryne was more than the job he did.

He was a husband.
A father.
A provider.
A brother-in-law.
A friend.

And to the people who loved him, his family was his world.

His sister-in-law, Kelsie, shared the heartbreaking news, describing Ryne as a loving husband, an incredible father, and one of her favorite people on this earth.

He loved the outdoors. He loved making memories with the people closest to him. And every day, he worked a job that required him to take risks most of us will never fully understand.

The National Sisterhood United for Journeymen Linemen is also mourning Ryne, identifying him as IBEW 66 Brother Ryne Cooper, known as “Niko.”

Now the lineman community is being asked to surround Macy, Reed and Rory with love and support.

And sadly, Ryne’s family is not the first lineman family we have watched face a day that changed everything.

We prayed for Hunter through skin graft surgeries.

We prayed for Denny after an amputation.

We mourned Caiden when he never made it home.

Some linemen survive accidents that change their lives forever.

Others leave for work expecting to come home that evening and never get that chance.

Every one of these stories is a reminder that when the lights go out, storms roll through, lines come down or repairs have to be made, there are real people climbing those poles and putting themselves in harm’s way to keep the rest of us connected.

On August 11, it was Ryne.

And now two little boys are growing up without their dad.

Please pray for Macy as she faces the unimaginable.

Pray for Reed and Rory as they try to understand why Daddy isn’t coming home.

Pray for Kelsie and every family member, friend and fellow lineman grieving alongside them.

And tonight, say a prayer for every lineman who straps on that gear, kisses their family goodbye and heads out the door knowing there are risks attached to the work they do.

🚨 3 EXECUTIONS SCHEDULED IN ONE DAY SOMETHING THE U.S. HASN’T SEEN SINCE 2010

Two death-row inmates were executed within roughly 30 minutes of each other today, while a third ex*****on remained scheduled for later in the evening.

In Oklahoma, 70-year-old Carlos Cuesta-Rodriguez was executed for the 2003 killing of his girlfriend, Olimpia Fisher.

In Tennessee, Anthony Darrell Hines was executed for the 1985 killing of motel employee Catherine Jenkins.

And in Alabama, Jeremy Williams was scheduled to be executed later today for the 2021 kidnapping, sexual assault and murder of 5-year-old Kamarie Holland.

Williams pleaded guilty and had asked for his ex*****on to move forward rather than continuing his appeals.

If Alabama carries out the ex*****on as scheduled, three men will have been executed by lethal injection in three different states on the same day the first time that has happened in the United States since 2010.

The timing of the three ex*****ons was not part of one coordinated national event, but it comes during a period of increased use of the death penalty in several states.

I’ll update this post once Alabama confirms whether the third ex*****on has been carried out.
