FIRST SCENE OF DIVERGE
Drew sits solemnly in the soiled backseat of an exhausted yellow taxi. He watches as beads of rain race down the window, rushing along their endless journey to no where. The shops and homes of his home town scroll by as the drenched taxi makes its way down main street. He always expected it to look different, but time just drifted by this place, never taking up residence. This quiet town would never change, and that was comforting to Drew. He had become far too accustomed to hell on earth... to war. -DB
