Freddy Rodriguez is Vice President and Broker of HomeSmart’s newest location in Florida. He believes the only way for real estate agents to maximize their earning potential year after year is to have a strong business partnership with their brokerage. Rodriguez is excited to bring the nation’s largest 100% brokerage to Florida, because HomeSmart’s unique model revolves around putting agents’ business first. Along with keeping all of the commission earned thanks to HomeSmart’s 100% commission model, the brokerage offers free training, proprietary technology and readily accessible support that makes growing a real estate business easier than ever. Rodriguez considers each of his agents and clients unique, and that is exactly how he treats them. He takes pride in the high percentage of his business coming from past clients – people and friends who choose his services time and time again. He doesn't measure his team’s success by their sales, but by the relationships they build along the way.

Prior to HomeSmart, Rodriguez has developed his business and relationships by continually helping others first. From participating, assisting or overseeing in over 3000 successful Real Estate transactions throughout his career as a Realtor and Office Sales Manager in charge of Agent Development to building, establishing and running a Regional office and team as an Area Vice President at Carrington Real Estate Services in Southeast Florida.
