The BHS commons was converted into a makeshift maze for the 2nd annual Go Baby Go event which provides modified ride-on cars for kids birth to three who experience limited mobility.

A crowd of specators, families, students and participants filled the BHS commons last week for the event, which also featured a catered dinner and Christmas caroling provided by BHS students.

The souped up toy cars were made by BHS students in the Hands-On Engineering Class under teacher Jonathan Cap.

The scenes and celebrations of the holidays take many forms here at Branford High School. From flashing lights to colorful paper cutouts and cute little stockings, the Christmas season is well represented across the hallways and classrooms of BHS.

The big show - the Music Makers on stage with rock band Foreigner - will be December 9 at the Toyota Oakdale Theatre. After submitting an audition video, the Music Makers won a contest to perform the band's most popular hit - "I Want to Know What Love Is."
