Who else gets home late from work, sleeps in a little, then wakes up and immediately starts catching up on everything? 😅



I got home really late last night, so this morning started a little slower than usual. Now the laundry is running, the kitchen is getting cleaned, and I’m trying to get as much done as I can before it’s time to pick up the boys from school.

Working mom life—sometimes you rest when you can and clean when you can. 🧺🧽

Maraming Filipino abroad ang makaka-relate dito: minsan, kahit ikaw na ang tumulong magbayad ng bills, nagpadala ng pera, at nagsakripisyo mula sa pinaghirapan mong sweldo, may mga taong hindi man lang marunong magsabi ng simpleng “thank you.” Mas masakit pa, imbes na magpasalamat, parang nagiging obligasyon mo na ang tumulong at may kasunod pang demand. Hindi porke nasa abroad ka ay unlimited ang pera mo—may sarili ka ring bills, pagod, responsibilidad, at mga problemang hindi nila nakikita. Tumulong tayo dahil mahal natin sila, pero sana matutunan din ng iba na pahalagahan ang tulong at respetuhin ang hangganan ng taong nagbibigay.
