began when Tim Wessel and Daniel Lyons launched a creative venture to tell the stories of people engaged in ordinary life and extraordinary endeavors. With wide-ranging experience in film and video production, Tim and Dan joined forces to provide informative, entertaining and effective documentary and educational films. Dan Lyons has recently moved on to live on the Maine seacoast with his family,

but Vermont Films continues to provide high-quality works, and occasionally Tim and Dan collaborate together. Based in Brattleboro, Vermont, Vermont Films boasts a client list and the cutting-edge equipment found only in the top production houses. We offer a full suite of high-end, high definition cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, complimented by full editing and post-production capabilities. Our client list includes networks such as HGTV, The Discovery Channel, Vermont Public Television, Court TV, Animal Planet and PBS. and Powderhouse Productions in Boston. On the more local front, Vermont Films also creates content for the Stratton Foundation, the Vermont Arts Council, and C&S Wholesale Grocers.

Take a mental health break today and watch this short video we made for The Landmark Trust USA and the beautiful rhododendron "tunnel" at Naulakha right here on the Brattleboro/Dummerston line! It's also a good opportunity to learn a little about Rudyard Kipling and his love for Windham County.

This "virtual tour" was put together so that those who usually are able to walk around the property could do so safely during COVID-19.
