Earlier this month, the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO), in cooperation with the Pearland Police Department and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, conducted a multi-day operation targeting individuals suspected of engaging in online predatory behavior.
The coordinated effort resulted in 11 arrests, with 4 additional arrests pending. Individuals arrested during the operation were charged with offenses including Online Solicitation of a Minor and related crimes. The following suspects were taken into custody:

Frias-Giancola, Emilio (42) – Online Solicitation, ICE Detainer
Norio, Gabriel (28) – Online Solicitation
Peltier, Jamar (30) – Online Solicitation
Richard, James (30) – Online Solicitation, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Possession of Child Po*******hy (2 counts)
Neel, Erik (53) – Online Solicitation, Possession of Child Po*******hy (2 counts)
