UK King’s Daughters Welcomes Rheumatologist Anny Corominas, M.D.

UK King’s Daughters is pleased to welcome rheumatologist Anny Corominas, M.D., to its medical staff.
She joins KDMS Rheumatology, the practice of Julie Estep, APRN; Ashley Goble, APRN; and Patricia Marshall, APRN.
Dr. Corominas earned her medical degree from the Santo Domingo Technological Institute (INTEC) Faculty of Health Sciences in the Dominican Republic. She completed both her internal medicine residency (2023) and rheumatology fellowship (2025) at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where she served as chief rheumatology fellow during her final year.
Dr. Corominas is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Rheumatologists specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the joints, muscles, and bones, particularly those caused by autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. These conditions often lead to pain, stiffness, swelling, and fatigue.
Dr. Corominas provides care for patients with arthritis, lupus, gout, and other related disorders. Her treatment approach includes medications, physical activity plans, and lifestyle guidance to help patients manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
