Do you ever feel like you're constantly behind the ball? Missing a chance? Running late? Creating loose ends, instead of tying them up? That's how my brain has felt lately. I just realized it this morning, and it's probably due to non-existent deadlines and insecurities I've created in my own mind.
Whenever I'm feeling a lack of something, I try to stop and think of what God is or has that I don't. He is an on-time God! He can transform us by the renewing of our minds, so that we can test and approve what HIS will is- His good, pleasing and perfect will (Romans 12:2). His timing is always right. He is not slow in keeping his promises as some understand slowness (2 Peter 3:9), but in the waiting, gives us everything we need for life and godliness ( 2 Peter 1:3).
This print is a metaphorical self portrait of a woman who has many roles, and despite her flighty tendencies, draws from the living water of Christ to sustain her. The postcards shown here are sold out, but you can find an 8x10 print in my shop. See below.

Working in the home studio this morning with my assistant. We have just two of these old aluminum -frame storm windows & screens left in the house, and they're so clunky, but I got this one to open. Pro tip: put on your garden gloves to help with grip. 😆
Anyway, I love the view to my laundry on the line and the garden and sunny cornfield beyond. The forecast is perfection, and my girl is coming home to help bake VBS cookies. Im a happy camper!

Don't forget! The Bremen Farmer's Market starts this week! I was asked again to make the 2026 poster, which is just a new version of last year's design. I'm excited about the addition of music and food trucks every week this year!

Tomorrow I'm debuting a new collection of stationery called "Grandma's Garden" at the Krasl Art Market in St. joe. It includes boxed cards (three designs inside), a notepad and magnet. I'll also have a few coordinating sticky note pads.
P.S. If anyone has an industrial paper cutter they're looking to offload, I'd be interested to make this process easier. Also, maybe a fast used laser printer. Mine is only printing 3mpp 🙄 Lmk!
