Episode 5 takes us to Damn Fine Pizza in Port Orchard!

We love DFP. These guys use top-notch ingredients, put a ton of love into what they do, and it shows in every bite. In my opinion, they’re one of the most underrated pizza spots in Kitsap County.

We started with their Cheese Bread ($12)… but of course we had to make it bougie for an extra $3. 😎 We also tried the Kobe Meatballs ($16), a BLT Salad ($12), and their cheese pizza ($16).

One thing that always stands out about Damn Fine Pizza is that they care. Great service, quality food, and hands down one of the best waterfront views in Port Orchard. It’s a spot that consistently delivers and deserves more love.

Don’t sleep on this place. Go try it for yourself.

Today I finally made a video I’ve wanted to create for nearly two years.

This is my friend and tattoo artist, Will Nichols of Imperial Tattoo.

We’ve known each other for almost 20 years, and he’s tattooed me, my wife, my son, and my brother.

Will is a true artist who lives and breathes tattooing.

Today we worked on a portrait of one of my childhood heroes.

A little behind-the-scenes story…

During Burger Hunters, Steven from Seattle Foodie Adventure reached out and said he’d love to work together someday.

Not long after, I was getting ready to launch a new series called Thicciyaki Warriors.

He showed up for Episode 1 at Toshio’s. Everything in life that matters happens because of timing.

At the time, I thought I was just filming a teriyaki video.

Looking back, it was much bigger than that.

Over the last year, Steven has shared knowledge, challenged me to think differently, helped me understand this crazy creator world, and most importantly, become a genuine friend.

The thing I’ve learned is that success is rarely a solo journey.

Behind every creator, business, athlete, musician, or entrepreneur is usually someone willing to share what they’ve learned.

Someone who opens a door.

Someone who points the way.

For me, Steven has been one of those people.

I’m grateful for the friendship.
I’m grateful for the guidance.
And I’m grateful that our paths crossed when they did.

And we’re just getting started. 🚀

🍕 EPISODE 4: SEABECK PIZZA 🍕
This week on Pizza Hunters Presents: The Dough Show, we made a stop at a true Kitsap County classic... Seabeck Pizza! 🙌

$3.50 a slice!

For a lot of us, this place is pure nostalgia. Birthday parties, family dinners, little league celebrations... Seabeck Pizza has been part of countless memories over the years.
The pizza? Not the best we’ve had, not the worst we’ve had, but definitely one of the most nostalgic slices on our hunt. The sauce leans sweet, which I personally enjoyed, the dough is thick and doughy, and they absolutely do not skimp on the cheese. No wonder it’s been a favorite with kids for generations! 🍕🧀

Episode 3 takes us to Campana’s Pizzeria in Bremerton!

Today we kept it simple and put their cheese pizza to the test… but first, those legendary breadsticks and Alfredo sauce. 🤤

Let’s talk value. A half dozen breadsticks for $4. A 12” cheese pizza for $12. In a world where everything keeps getting more expensive, Campana’s is serving quality food without emptying your wallet.

What really blew me away was learning why their pizza tastes so different. I asked the owner, a third-generation Campana, and he told me they smoke their mozzarella and let it rest for two weeks before it ever touches a pizza. That’s the kind of detail that separates good pizza from memorable pizza.

40+ years in business.
Great service.
Great people.
Amazing breadsticks.
Phenomenal cheese pizza.

You can tell the folks here genuinely care about what they’re putting on your table.

🍕 Pizza Hunters Presents: The Dough Show 🍕

Episode 2 takes us to Millville Pizza Co. in beautiful Gig Harbor!

This cozy little pizza spot sits right on the waterfront and serves up authentic wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pizza. We ordered a 12” pizza ($18) and an order of their house-made meatballs ($14), and both were absolutely delicious.

The sauce really stood out for me. Rich, flavorful, and balanced perfectly. The dough had fantastic flavor with that classic wood-fired character, and the meatballs were cooked perfectly. Add in great service and a charming location, and you’ve got a spot that’s easy to recommend.

People cared.

They debated scores. They defended their favorite spots. They told us where to go next. They celebrated the wins and questioned the rankings. Burger Hunters became way bigger than just a food series.

After visiting 20 local burger joints across the Puget Sound, there could only be one champion.
