We were thrilled to see so many neighbors and friends at the 4th of July parade. If you missed it the BNL’s float was a tribute to the start of our country’s semiquincentennial (250th) anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. The parade route passed Veasey Cemetery where several Revolutionary War patriots from Brentwood are buried. We want to thank all of our volunteers and Jeff Owens for graciously letting us borrow his trailer!

If you have been thinking about volunteering we will be folding the July BNL next Wednesday. Anyone looking to meet new people in Brentwood, students looking for volunteer hours, or anyone who enjoys reading the BNL we need you.
