Week two of the “Eight Weeks From Hell” aka summer riding.

Had a great time down at Land Between the Lakes in KY. First time down there (7am to 12am single day trip). Got about 5 hrs of riding in. Definitely need to go back.

1 Spill, 1 Mud Suck, 1 tick, 1 speeding ticket, 1 day, 1,000 smiles.

Looking forward to my first ride at St Joe State Park this 4th of July. Got most of the protection on and plated. Thanks to for an easy purchase. I chose the Beta because Gateway has the best service department in STL if I ever need help. 2025

Happy Father’s Day everyone.

I got to see my youngest one yesterday in Chicago, and now getting to ride with a good buddy. Mud - Rocks - Hills & more on a Sherco 300 - this bike is fantastic and fun. Thanks Parminder Mallhi for riding with me and letting me borrow it for the day.

Finding majestic campsites like this when traveling by motorcycle can be a highlight of a trip. I called this moose p**p camp because - well ...... you guess it. Unfortunately one of our riders broke his tibia a few days earlier - but that just meant we had a scout vehicle for the last few days. Thanks again Mike for taking a load off of us.

Who you ride with matters. It shapes your outlook on riding as well as what is important in life. I have been grateful to discover some amazing people and learn how let go if those with the wrong attitudes quickly. A special thanks to these two amazing gents.
