Who knew doesn't just serve delicious steaks but Italian comfort food as well? Perfect Sunday dinner which included Chicken Parmasean, sautéed spinach in garlic and olive oil, baked clams, salad and of course my go to drink when I'm not having margaritas - a very dry martini. And whats best of it all is they offer a prix fix and specials each night. A bargin in the Hamptons, who knew?

This Zucchini Torta is a family favorite. I make it for a lot of family functions and its always the first to go. My brother is my taste tester and also the world's pickiest eater. He always goes for 2cds and 3rds of this despite hating Zucchini. Its that good. Its quick and easy to make and I promise you that you will be writing this recipe out for anyone who tries it. Here's how I did it.

1⁄4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 shallot, thinly sliced
6 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1⁄2 cup grated pecorino
1⁄2 cup ricotta
1⁄2 cup roughly chopped parsley
4 eggs, beaten
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
